I am sharing it with other running communities nationwide in… [ more ]

Nick Hetro and Rose Palmer are your 2017 champions of the Three Rivers Multi-Sport Series.  Nick had one of the best seasons ever by anyone, as he finished on the overall podium in every race, including 4 championships and two finishes in second place.  Ten men finished all 6 events in the series and were eligible for the series awards.  Although Rose had no competition (she was the only woman that finished all 6 events), she too had a banner season as she wound up 3rd… [ more ]

Plutonium Man Practice Swim

Posted August 24, 2017 @ 3:04pm — by EricGreager

Practice swim of the Plutonium Man swim course will be Saturday, August 26th.  Meet at 8:30 am in the parking lot on the SE side of the campus (near Sprout Rd) and we will car pool up to the start and swim back down.  Swim course will be a little shorter this year as the Navy is doing some work on the low dock barge slip and we won’t be able to use it this year.  Bring your bike if you would like to ride the bike course after the swim.
