3RRR Club Meeting at Shrub Steppe Brewery on July 7th

We will do our July meeting at Shrub Steppe Brewery (Logston Blvd just off Hwy 240) on July 7th at 1:00 pm.  Shrub Steppe is a sponsor of our Shoreline Run, so get your workouts wrapped up in the morning and enjoy a relaxing lunch outside at Shrub Steppe Brewery.  As always, you pick up your food tab and the club picks up the beer tab.  Its a great way to support our sponsors and have a great afternoon, so we hope to see you there.

3RRR Club Meeting at White Bluffs Brewery on June 9

We will have our June club meeting on the Saturday the 9th at White Bluffs Brewing, starting at 3:00 pm.  So get your workouts and yardwork out of the way earlier in the day and meet us for happy hour(s) at the WB.  As usual, the club springs for the beer and the Bluffstop Food Truck is there to handle any of your food orders.  Hope to see you there, and remember that White Bluffs is for those 21 years and older.

Open Water River Swims

Open water river swims start on Monday, Memorial Day and go on throughout the summer.  Check the Calendar for dates and times throughout the season.  Meet at the Bradley Blvd parking lot just upstream of the Marina Vista Estates townhouse complex (the first housing complex downstream from the Shilo Inn on Bradley Blvd in Richland).  We drive upstream to a starting point and swim back down with the river current and warm hose showers in Eric’s driveway.  Times may vary,… [ more ]

Running Program for the Richland RunFest Half Marathon
