We meet on Saturday Mornings for group runs at Roasters Coffee at 496 George Washington Way in Richland at 6:45am and running at 7 am.**
Below is the Shoreline 10K (July 18th), Indian Half Marathon (September 26th) and Tri Cities Marathon (October 25th) Training Programs we are following. Both the 10K and half marathon training programs are designed for beginners so bring your friends and we will get you there!
Important to note: you don’t have to be a member or following any of our training plans to participate. The goal is to get together with other runners to enjoy a Saturday morning run and coffee (or hot chocolate) afterwards. This is a great place to meet new friends and connect with old ones!
**We may meet earlier as the weather heats up in the summer. On Saturdays where there is a race put on by 3 Rivers Road Runners the run group will be moved to Sundays. Keep updated here and on our Facebook page.
