Saturday Morning Group Runs

We meet on Saturday Mornings for group runs at Roasters Coffee at 496 George Washington Way in Richland at 6:45am and running at 7 am.**

****ATTENTION**** We will be starting our training for the Shoreline 10K, the Indian Summer Half Marathon and the Tri-Cities Marathon the week of Monday June 3 to Sunday June 9.  This means the first long run for all the training programs will be June 8th.  Even if you are not able to join us for all the group runs please feel free to use the training plans and join us when you can.  Below will the link to all the different options.  Also you don’t have to be training for one of these events to join us.  Everyone is welcome!  There will some weeks when the group will meet on Sunday instead of Saturday due to events put on by 3RRR on Saturday Morning.  Please check the schedule (click here for the Long Group Run Schedule from June to October 2019) for those dates.

We will keep this page updated with the most current information.  There will be different phases of our Saturday Morning Group Runs.  In general from March to June will be maintenance of fitness.  In June we will start following 3 different training plans options geared for the Shoreline 10K in July, the Indian Summer Half Marathon in September and the Tri-Cities Marathon in October.  In October we will also start the training program for the Richland RunFest in February 2020.  So at each run there will be multiple options of distances that you can run.

Important to note:  you don’t have to be a member or following any of our training plans to participate.  The goal is to get together with other runners to enjoy a Saturday morning run and coffee (or hot chocolate) afterwards.  This is a great place to meet new friends and connect with old ones!

**We may meet earlier as the weather heats up.  On Saturdays where there is a race put on by 3 Rivers Road Runners the run group will be moved to Sundays.  Keep updated here and on our Facebook page.  We will post an event on Facebook and also on the calendar here on the website every week to remind you and let you know all the distances and time to meet.
