Swimmers cross the Snake River starting at Lyons Ferry State Park and finish at Lyons Ferry Marina for a .7 mile open water swim. Stronger swimmers may turn around for a round trip 1.4 mile swim. Stand up Paddle Boarders and Kayakers begin on the LF Marina side, cross to LFSP and help guide swimmers across. Guiding isn’t mandatory, but helps our event. Sheriff boats from 3 neighboring counties are present for safety. This year we will have a SUP/Kayak Clinic @LFM after event with Greg Jacobs from ‘Adventure Fit.’
