RRST practice rides

Righteous Richland Sprint Triathlon Training Opportunities!!! Get comfortable with the courses by showing up for some practice swims and rides.
BIKE: I plan on making a few changes to the Chamna bike course for this event, so it would behoove you to catch a practice ride. The practice rides are June 24 and 30 and July 1,, starting at 10:00 am. EXCEPT for July 1, where the ride starts at noon. Meet at the south end of the parking lot for the Richland Community Center (closest to the Hampton Inn) and we will take off from there.
