Long Run Training Group

There will be NO group run this week as INDIAN SUMMER HALF MARATHON is the target race for the half marathon training program we  were doing and the Marathon group will be using this race as a tune up/rest week with a prize run. So come out and join us at the Indian Summer Half Marathon.

Long Run Training Group

Meeting at Roasters Coffee in Richland on George Washington Way at 6:45am for briefing of the route and running by 7am.

All levels welcome, walkers and runners.  We will be following training plans to get you to a half marathon or marathon distance targeting the following races: Tri-Cities Marathon on October 27th or the Relay of the Tri-Cities Marathon (2 person so each running a half marathon).

This week will be 16 miles (marathon plan) and 6 miles (half marathon plan).

You don’t have to follow our training plans or be a member of the club to come out and join us.  You can run/walk less or more than our training plans.
