Chocolate Chip Cookie 50K Trail Run

Welcome to the Chocolate Chip Cookie 50K Trail Run. We are excited to share Riverside State Park in Spokane. This is a rolling river run with awesome views of the surrounding mountains, Spokane River valley, the CCC Suspension Bridge, and haystack rocks nearby. Runners will cover a varied terrain and trail. It is a beginner-intermediate course, with some short hills, rocks to tumble on, forest air to breathe, and open prairie. This is a beautiful course. ccc50k.com

Rattlesnake Mountain Half Marathon

This event is the culmination of our BE CREATIVE WITH NATIVES WEEK which is a week of events to encourage all to focus more on Native Landscaping. The run is a challenging trail half marathon throughout the Rattlesnake Slope Preserve. It showcases the beauty and openness of the Sagebrush Steppe of Southeastern Washington and will be roughly 2000 feet gain over the 13.1 miles. It is a fundraiser for the Rattlesnake Slope Preserve and we will be handing out native seeds to scatter as you race. Also this is not just a run, we encourage those that would like to come hike and help in the re-seeding efforts. To register or more information go to www.runnersofthesage.com under Races.
