The Valley Moves

The Valley Moves is a fun 5k10k for the whole family. The race begins in Grandview, WA at the Palacios Pathway. The race is a loop so it will end back at the start. The 5k has one water station and the 10k has two. Snacks will be provided at the finish. The course is flat and paved. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Extra Mile, a non profit after school program that offers a save and healthy environment for students to study or have fun with friends. Pasco High School Bulldog Cross Country Invite Community Race

PASCO HIGH SCHOOL will host
THE BULLDOG CROSS COUNTRY INVITE @ BIG CROSS 2017
Rd. 36 .5 miles North of Argent Rd.
Community Race: 2 mile Cross Country race will be run before the High School Invite.
$5 cash or check to Tri-City International Cross Country Course
Race Day Registration: 9am Race Start: 9:30am
Age Groups: 10& under, 11-13, 14-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over. Ribbons to top 3 in each age group. Pies will be awarded to random places. Ribbons & Pies can be picked up at registration table after 11:00am.

17th Annual Fall Fest Event

The faculty of Bethlehem Lutheran School is excited to announce the 17th Annual Fall Fest event on Saturday, October 14th, 2017 at Howard Amon Park. Fall Fest is Bethlehem Lutheran Schools largest fundraising and community outreach event–featuring family centered activities, food vendors, a 1-mile fun run and officially certified 5k and 10k races. The festival is from 9:00 am – 1:00 pm

American Cancer Societys Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer is an annual event to raise awareness and funds in the fight against breast cancer. The fun runwalk will be held at Columbia Park (by the bandshell) on Oct. 14, 2017. Registration starts at 7:30am with the fun runwalk starting at 9:00am. This event is familykid friendly, so bring your family and friends to participate with you. There is no cost to participate, but it is a fundraiser and your support is appreciated.

The run is a 5k and the walk is 1 mile. With a donation of $10, participants will get a bib and the number will be placed in a drawing for prizes at the completion of the run. A timer will be at the finish line for those who want to track their time.

There will be a silent auction, vendors, and other activities for everyone to join in and learn more about our mission.

Chocolate Chip Cookie 50K Trail Run

Welcome to the Chocolate Chip Cookie 50K Trail Run. We are excited to share Riverside State Park in Spokane. This is a rolling river run with awesome views of the surrounding mountains, downtown Spokane, the CCC Suspension Bridge, and haystack rocks nearby. Runners will cover a varied terrain and trail. It is a beginner-intermediate course, with some short hills, rocks to tumble on, forest air to breathe, and open prairie. The course includes single and double track, forest service roads, and even a little gravel and pavement thrown in. http:ccc50k.com

Jingle Bell Run Pittsburgh 5K

The Jingle Bell Run is one of the most spirited fun runs in the nation! The Jingle Bell Run is a fun and festive holiday theme 5K and even better, funds raised benefit arthritis research! Get in the spirit on race day by wearing holiday themed costumes and tying jingle bells to your running shoes. Spirit of America Run

This is a 2.5 mile run on the Spirit of America Trail in Zintel Canyon in Kennewick, Washington. The trail includes sections that are paved, gravel, and dirt. Registration is $25 and includes a T-Shirt. We can only accept the first 74 registrations. The race is not chip timed, but we will manually record times at the finish and provide results.
