RACE DAY: Saturday, September 25, 2021

Race Course:
Starting Line at Columbia Point Marina (end of Columbia point drive) in Richland, WA. Course passes through beautiful autumn scenery along Columbia river through Howard Amon park, Leslie Groves park and beyond. Runners then make a quick turn around at their halfway marks just past WSU Tri-Cities campus. There are aid stations approximately every 2 miles with water, gatorade and gels.

Start times: wave starts will begin at 8am(there will be more information on this as it gets closer to race date)
Run course closed: 3.5 hours after race starts

September 8th at 8:00 pm to Race Day $45
Race Clothing:
For $25(this will be in addition to your entry fee) you have the option to purchase the race jacket- 1/4-zip, pullover Tri-blend

Covid Precautions: We will implement all necessary Covid precautions, based on the Phase we are in on race day. You will be notified prior to the race of these special precautions. These may include social distancing before and after the race, wearing a face covering before and after the race (no face covering required when you are racing), and other items. We expect 100% compliance from all runners, volunteers, and spectators with the Covid precautions.
REGISTRATION:
In order to get a jacket, and save a little money, you will need to register online by September 8th at 8:00 pm.
Online registration closes September 21st at 8:00 pm. Registration will be available at packet pick-up (see below) and race day 6:30-7:30am at the starting area. $45 CASH OR CHECK ONLY FOR IN-PERSON REGISTRATION

Pay online registration with credit card, (Mastercard or Visa). Transaction is not complete until credit card has been entered. Any registration without payment will not be valid. You will get a confirmation email after you registered. If you do not get an email then you are not registered. Try again!
This year we will be donating part of the proceeds from the race to "Girls on the Run". They offer three unique programs to girls in 3rd to 8th grades. Their mission is to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident using a fun, experience-based curriculum which creatively integrates running

Race day at start line from 6:30 am to 7:30 am at Columbia Point Marina Park. Late registration also available at packet pickup and race morning.
Medals and Awards:
There will be a finisher medal for completing the race
Overall Top 3 finishers male and female award
Age group awards 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for 5 year age categories

Eligibility:
The Summer End’s runs are open to all persons registered by race time. Runners under the age of 18 years old must have waiver release signed by a parent or guardian.

There is a 250 runner limit
Chip timing will be provided by Eastern Oregon Sports Training
