Track workout for all levels, meeting at Richland Track (the one on Lee Blvd) after work. Arrival 5:30-5:45pm. 15 minute warm up starting at 5:45pm. Main set will be 30-60 min, depending on your length and how fast you are :). I can tailor my track workout to each person depending on your needs, level, wants……will discuss before and during the warm up. This is a great way for those who want to add a little bit of speed work to your routine but are overwhelmed at the thought. Come on out and let me tell you what to do….that is give you a workout that will fit your needs and ability without you having to think about it….you just get to show up and suffer with others, because misery loves company.
