Meeting at Roasters Coffee in Richland on George Washington Way at 6:45am for briefing of the route and running by 7am.

All levels welcome, walkers and runners.  We will be following training plans to get you to a half marathon or marathon distance targeting the following races: Tri-Cities Marathon on October 27th or the Relay of the Tri-Cities Marathon (2 person so each running a half marathon).

This week will be 12 miles (marathon plan) and 10 miles (half marathon plan).

You don’t have to follow our training plans or be a member of the club to come out and join us.  You can run/walk less or more than our training plans.
