Meeting at Roasters Coffee in Richland on George Washington Way at 6:45am for briefing of the route and running by 7am.

All levels welcome, walkers and runners.  We will be following training plans to get you to a 10K, half marathon or marathon distance targeting the following races:  Shoreline 10K on July 13th, Indian Summer Half Marathon on September 21st, and the Tri-Cities Marathon on October 27th.

This week will be 5 miles (marathon plan), 3 miles (half marathon and 10K plan).  There will be a 10 mile option also.

You don’t have to follow our training plans or be a member of the club to come out and join us.  You can run as less or more than our training plans.
