If you receive a t-shirt we are asking that you wear it to the run. Please remember that this is a FUN run designed to raise money for the Liz Duncan Memorial Fund – so no complaining.

BRACELET A memorial bracelet will be available to purchase (pre-orders only).

PRE-RACE PICKUP:We will be offering race number (and t-shirt***) pick up on Friday April 20 from 6-7:30pm at Roasters Coffee (on George Washington Way). Come by, get a coffee drink and pick up your race number so you dont have to wait in the long lines on race day.

PROCEEDS: One organization near and dear to Lizs heart is Athletes in Action (AIA), a ministry dedicated to building relationships, character and hope through sport. Liz undoubtedly impacted the lives of many through AIA, and we believe her spirit and compassion can and should live on. All proceeds will be dedicated to the Liz Duncan Memorial Fund which supplies scholarships for the AIA.
